Overview

We are seeking an Experienced, Skilled, and Dedicated Roofing Specialist to join our team this upcoming roofing season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and the capability to handle various roofing materials and tools. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and durability of roofs, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

 

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingles, and metal.

• Install, repair, and maintain soffit, fascia, siding, and eavestrough systems.

• Perform caulking and sealing tasks to prevent leaks and ensure proper insulation.

• Conduct inspections to assess roof conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

• Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting techniques safely while performing roofing tasks.

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Required Skills​

​

• Skilled in the installation and repair of both metal and shingle roofing systems.

• Skilled in caulking techniques for effective sealing of roofs.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during roofing installations or repairs.

• Competent in using various hand tools essential for roofing tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build solutions tailored to specific roofing challenges.

• Ability to perform all the above in various weather conditions.
